Our Story
Northeast Oklahoma Veterans Freedom Tours (NEOVFT) is a non-profit (501c3) organization established to allow Veterans to come together to strengthen and support the bond between those who have served our Country past and present. Northeast Oklahoma Veterans Freedom Tours provides opportunities for Veterans, and their families, to experience our Nation through community travel and extend outreach for any individual in crisis or need. Our goal is to create a community of inclusion that leaves no Veteran behind. As we are a relatively newer Non-Profit Established in 2016, we are really starting to see the fruits of our labors. Years of ground laying has allowed us to build a reputation as an organization for Veterans to PARTICIPATE IN Traveling our nation together to promote healing. We had hoped to raise enough funds that we could further support Non Profits that care for either the elderly or home-bound (primarily Veteran related). We are currently planning a city wide event that is coordinated with a second Coalition in our community. This event will provide antibody testing for +100 people before they embark on a 3K or 5K marathon. This will have partnership with all levels of interaction up to and including the LT Gov of the state of Oklahoma. We realize the need for larger quantity testing events, so that is our direction. We hope to assist PHIO in finding resources for Veteran care.
