OTPC leadership has the exciting opportunity to cultivate cross-sector partnerships and increase alignment of resources for state and community health initiatives through education and advocacy efforts. Here is your opportunity to become involved and join our amazing OTPC team! The council needs innovative leaders to replace outgoing Executive, Conference, Policy, Communications, Membership, Finance, and Data Sub-Committee members and continue the great momentum. Self-nominations are welcomed. Nominees are encouraged to review the OTPC website & by-laws prior to submission of application. All applications are due by noon on Thursday, December 5th.

Please describe nominee's qualifications for the OTPC Executive Committee and/or Sub-Committees.

Vice Chair: Responsible for the planning and implementation of the 2025 Annual Turning Point Conference. Serves as council chair in 2025. Serves as council past chair in 2026.
Secretary: Responsible for the management of meeting minutes, agendas, calendar invitation, by-laws, etc. 1 year term.
Chair/Co-Chair Membership Committee: Provides guidance and oversees efforts of the membership committee. Serves as liaison to and member of the Executive Committee. 1 year term.
Chair/Co-Chair Finance Committee: Provides guidance and oversees efforts of the finance committee. Serves as liaison to and member of the Executive Committee. 1 year term.
Chair/Co-Chair Communications Committee: Provides guidance and oversees efforts of the communications committee. Serves as liaison to and member of the Executive Committee. 1 year term.
Chair/Co-Chair Data Committee: Provides guidance and oversees efforts of the data committee. Serves as liaison to and member of the Executive Committee. 1 year term.
Chair/Co-Chair Policy Committee: Provides guidance and oversees efforts of the policy committee. Serves as liaison to and member of the Executive Committee. 1 year term.
Conference Planning Committee: Serves as a member of the conference planning committee. 1 year term.
