How do I know if I need to submit a report?

If you hosted a testing event between December 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021, your report is due December 31, 2021. 

If you host a testing event between October 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, your report will be due May 30, 2022.

Is there a reporting informational guide I can download?
Do I have to submit everything at once or can I save my progress and return?

Each reporting requirement will be presented as a step toward report completion. You can stop after a completed step and pick up where you left off when you return. The final section involves file uploads that need to be completed in one setting. Uploaded files will be lost if you close your browser prior to clicking “Submit.”
